Cancellations
Once your booking has been confirmed, the cancellation cost will be equivalent to the amount of the first night of your booking.
Changes
- Any change to your reservation will result in the cancellation of the original reservation. The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the first night of your original booking.
- You can make a new booking, subject to the current conditions given on our website www.insotel.com.
No Show
- If you fail to show up at the hotel on the date confirmed in your booking you will be charged for the total amount of the booking you made.
Early Departure
- If you depart from the hotel before the end of your booking you will not be reimbursed for remaining nights.
Payment mode
- You must pay the amount of the first night of your stay within the next 12 hours from the confirmation of your reservation. Otherwise you will automatically receive your cancellation.
- You must pay the outstanding amount of your booking when you check-in at the hotel.
- At check-in you must use the same bank card that you used to make the initial booking.
