Early Departure
- If you depart from the hotel before the end of your booking you will not be reimbursed for remaining nights.
Bank card payment
- You will be charged for the first night of your stay 7 days before your arrival date.
- You must pay the outstanding amount of your booking when you check-in at the hotel.
- At check-in you must use the same bank card that you used to make the initial booking.
Payment by bank transfer
- In payments by bank transfer, you must pay the total amount of the booking, at least 7 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel.
- You must state the guest's name, booking number and selected hotel in the bank transfer.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking after 2024-04-27T00:00 will have a penalty of 266.4

The Balearic Government, according to Law 2/2016 has established a tax tourist for stays in the Balearic Islands and measures promoting sustainable tourism gravel, valid from 1st July 2016, adults from 16 years on have to pay with a certain tax rate plus VAT per night and person, which must be made effective by the customer upon arrival at the hotel.
