All the users must be over 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity to purchase the services offered on this website.

To make a reservation you will have to register as a client confirming the veracity of all the details included. Your personal details will be treated in accordance to the current law.

Please note that the same card you provide for the payment of the reservation will be requested on the day of arrival.

-Early departure will be charged 100% of your reservation.

The VAT is included in the price of the reservation. Any other rate or tax that may accure as a result of the accommodation will be paid in the corresponding establishment.

The Balearic Government, according to Law 2/2016 has established a tax tourist for stays in the Balearic Islands and measures promoting sustainable tourism gravel, valid from 1st July 2016, adults from 16 years on have to pay with a certain tax rate plus VAT per night and person, which must be made effective by the customer upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation policy (Accommodation)

NO SHOW:
The Hotel reserves the right to consider your reservation as "No show" if you arrive after 6 p.m. and WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE to the Hotel. This implies the no reimbursement of the amount paid until that moment.

Any modification of your reservation will be considered as a cancellation and it will entail a whole new reservation. A modification of a reservation must be always communicated in writing by email to info@insotel.com.

If INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP (Grupo Empresas Alonso Marí S.A and Cala Mandía S.A.) should inform of the cancellation of a reservation for causes beyond the reasonable control with consequences that can't be avoided even though Grupo Empresas Alonso Marí S.A and Cala Mandía S.A have acted with appropriate diligence, the reservation will be annulled with no right to claim or to be compensated. If this should happen it would be informed by email in any way possible.
